Our spring concert will showcase the work of multifaceted creatives who are trailblazers in their respective artistic communities. We will conclude our 23-24 season with 3 programs to include world premieres by 2021 Guggenheim Fellow Tommie-Waheed Evans whose work intersects movement vocabulary that blends cultural forms and contemporary dance vocabularies, with narratives that are often rooted in the black experience, and 2022 Princess Grace Award Winning choreographer and director Omar Román de Jesús who uses his work to express the complexities of Latinx identities.

Can’t make it to the in-person performances? Stream The Big Muddy Dance Company’s IDENTITY online from home beginning Friday, May 24th at 12:00pm CST through Sunday, May 26th at 11:59pm CST.

HOW IT WORKS:
Gain access to the virtual performance by purchasing a virtual ticket in advance. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email with a digital download that contains a personal QR code and link to stream the virtual performance. The digital download will expire 24-hours from your purchase. Virtual ticket holders will also receive an email with a direct link at 12pm on Friday, May 24th, or within four hours of your purchase if made during the streaming weekend.
