Abigail Kresno (She/Her, Plainfield, IL) started training in 2005 at a local studio in the Chicago Area. Growing up she trained in various techniques including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Contemporary. Continuing her training at Northern Illinois University she studied under Paula Frasz, Marc Macaranas, Judy Chitwood, And Rich Grund. Under their Leadership she performed in numerous lead roles, such as The Moon in Paula Frasz’s rendition of Carmina Burana. While training at Northern she was nominated by her peers to be the Vice President of The Northern Dance Theatre. Abigail also choreographed and directed two main stage productions which were showcased at NIU.
